COST OF LIVING HIGH, BUT GREAT TO RAISE A FAMILY

My view of Virginia Beach is that it is a great place for those who are already established in their careers and making good income. The cost of living is not that great if you are attending college or just starting out. Crime is good, weather is good (although it will be 30 degrees one day and 75 the next), It is pretty diverse here but definitely not enough cultural activities to go with it. Great for raising children.
