Vineland is a good place to live and raise a family, there has been a ton of new development in the past 8 years and there are great places to eat and even some new music venues, downtown is on its way up and the mall is newly renovated. If I think the only things that vineland lacks is a good private school and rail system. I would say its only negative is that it doesn't have a rail system, but even with driving you can be in Philly in under 45 minutes and the beach in less than 30.
