I moved to Warren Ohio just over a year ago.The housing costs here seem outrageously low. There are many old houses in Warren sitting empty I think because of population decline. You would not want to randomly choose a neighborhood here to move into. We have had no problem. There are some good neighborhoods in Warren with old fixer-upper houses that I'd love to see restored to there original beauty.

where are the good neighborhoods, because i am looking at a house at 276 atlantic n.w.warren. do you know if that is a good places. i am in the philippines right now and i am looking on the internet net to buy , it looks like a nice house, but pictures can hide things and i dont know the area. thanks bob
