Stay out of Rhode Island all together unless you have alot of money. The average house price here is $300,000 and on a middle class salary thats impossible. Insurance rates are high, taxes are through the roof, and food prices are unbearable. If your thinking about living here make sure you make $75k a year at least, unless you wnat to live in a dump and struggle week to week like most of us do.
