Hi last minute move from NY to PLS with 12yr old son. I'm not ready to
Buy a house so I was looking at sails point townhouse I am doing this blind
We need a positive fresh start . I am late enrolling him in school& starting. I have never moved out of state.
Please any suggestions & guidance a to a good area to rent & middle school.. I would be so grateful.
