Great Community, Great Location

Waunakee is a great community with strong values. It's a great place to raise a family. It is located conveniently making commutes to Middleton, Sun Prairie, and Madison very tolerable. Waunakee has a growing reputation as a place for wealthy individuals but I find it to be highly affordable place to live. Compared to the rental and home prices on the isthmus you get a huge bang for your buck in Waunakee.
