Over Taxation

Thinking of living in Waynesboro. Really nice, friendly people and a great City to live in as long as you plan to stay. You'll be penalized for living there any time you leave, though. What you'll want to know is that if you own any property including a car, reside there on January 1st of a year and move to another city or state, they will tax you on that property for the entire year. So, in most instances you'll pay taxes in your new location and Waynesboro too. They refuse to prorate them
