Be careful what you wish for…I’m looking forward to moving to this area. I currently live in WI, and we only get to enjoy summer about 2 months out of 12. I will gladly switch to living with your weather instead of shoveling FEET of snow, you have 24 hours to shovel your driveway and porch and sidewalks or face a ticket or getting sued if anyone falls. Nothing closes due to getting feet(1 or more) of snow. You still have to drive to work. Maybe there’s multiple accidents on your way to work, just be thankful it isn’t you (this time). People drive like it’s a beautiful, sunny day even in snow. It’s so irritating. We also have extremely COLD weather here most of the year. Since I’ve been here, the coldest temps have been. -30 to -40 degrees Fahrenheit. That’s WITHOUT the wind chill factor. On average starting in late September the weather drops and doesn’t look back until late May. The daily winter weather probably ranges about 5 to 20 degrees (20 is hot to us ??) I’ll be happy to switch with you.
