MONTCLAIR/ WEST SIDE....GOOD OR NOT?

Hello! I am looking to relocate to Pensacola from Ohio. My agent I am working with is unable to point me in a certain direction when it comes to good or bad neighborhoods. I have found some very affordable houses online in the Montclair neighborhoods and on the west side of Pensacola. I would love to get get someones opinion on those areas. Someone who lives down there. I would greatly appreciate it....thank you in advance! :o)
