the building attatched to french quarters apartments at 9627 w. national ave.apartment 28, causes disturbances that chases other tenants out and then the manager gives bad references so it is almost impossible to rerent after being driven out. the manager does not evict # 28 even after 4 complaints. noisey electric car doors, slamming entranc doors through the back parking lot. bars on the windows in the laundry room. i was locked in one for 4 hours before another tenant broke the steel door open.neighbors are very unfriendly. 00000stay safe some where else. ,,,thanks ken
