Nice people lots of history . No stop lights. No chain stores. Very well located just a half hour to Salem or Coast & one hour to Portland. Rich in parks , rivers, & public lands. Strong community with a surprising amount of stuff going on . Good music scene too . Cool mix of people all different types . Lots of local farms provide unique food options.
