Willoughby is a great neighborhood for raising kids, the education system is good and there are homes in all budgets ranging from 170,000 for a small 3bdrm bungalow to 400,000 new development homes. There are great shopping centers very asscesible from 2major freeways and Downtown Willoghby reminds me of a 1950 era shopping districts with small shops an old fashioned ice cream parlor and barber shop. In the winter it is wonderful to walk down the sidewalk listening to the musics that plays and all the trees are decorated in white lights. I am a single mom with 3kids and i have lived in Willoughby for 7years with my children in an affordable townhome in a very nice apartment complex.
