Doesn't get anymore convenient than where I live.
Winters get a little chilly but nothing real real bad
like Alaska some snow but usually goes away within a week
and a half and summers get up to high 80's
Every kind of store is within two miles.
Train, turnpike all within 3 miles. Major Hospital
4 miles phila 10 miles.
People here tend to keep to themselves because they are busy with careers,
and raising kids. The make up of the neighborhood are
single family homes ranging 150,000 to 4-500,000 thousand
blue and white collar middle class.
Very low crime rate
