Apartment living is through the roof here

I am posting this mainly for people who are coming here looking for an apartment to live. I moved here 2 years ago to attend college here and I am ready to get out of here. The cost of living has EXPLODED here. In just the 2 years I have been here, our rent has gone from $820 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment and it is getting ready to be $1080 a month for the same apartment. I have also heard that housing has gone up a lot as well, but I cannot confirm that. All that I know is that the school I attend is having a very hard time hiring new teachers, because the school can't pay them enough to compete with the high cost of living.
Take my advice, if you are interested near Orlando, do not pick Winter Park. This city is way overpriced and everyone here thinks way too much of themselves.
