I am hearing all these bad remarks about Wittmann. I have a custom built home in the newer home area. We have amazing neighbors and its such a great little town. The closest city would be Surprise, where you could do some real shopping. There is a new gas station and Subway being built right off of Grand Ave. and 211th ave. So excited! There is plenty of land for good prices, not everyone is a drug addicted nor rude and dirty. Anywhere you go these days has people like that. The first part of Wittmann you see is the older more run down part. If you go further back in you will find beautiful newer homes with LAND! I recommend this place to any adult whose childern can drive. I do not recommend it if there is young kids the school is in the bad part of Wittmann.
