I have enjoyed the close proximity to both Portland & Salem Oregon. The outdoor recreation & walking trails are wonderful. It’s a moderate sized town w/ good neighborhoods & services. Fits our lifestyle as working parents w/ children.

Nice town, nice people, quaint, houses priced right, not overinflated prices like 10-20 minutes north of town! Also has the best rated 55+ Community in Oregon, called Senior Golf Estates, it's 1503 homes.
