I've owned a home and lived in this city for five yrs. I have a full time job as do 25 to 30 other Woodruff residents. As of late the City of Woodruff Sc is doing its best to take care of its low income residents . They are breaking ground now for the third government assisted housing complex ,we have two soup kitchens numerous community outreach centers and homeless shelters for a city population of 4.332 Lets not forget on of the highest electric power rates in the USA.Home Sweet Home
