I love the Westchase area in Northwest Hillsborough County. The crime is low, schools are great, homes are in great shape and the thoroughfares and amenties are top notch.
Close to Tampa International Airport, University of South Florida and located between Tampa and St Pete.
A new mall is only a few miles away and we have bike lanes, public library,stores and a nature byway for trails -walking and bike riding. You are close to Tampa Bay and the gulf of Mexico.
