Nice Neighborhood - Heavy Property Tax

I live in the Washington Town Center which is being built as a new urbanism community. I am actually disappointed by how small the town center will be. However I love this place because my neighbors on the whole street are very nice and very friendly. However the property tax has been skyrocketing every year, I may be booted off by tax pretty soon.
