LIFE IN THE SOUTHWEST HAS ITS GOOD POINTS AND BAD. IT IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO VACATION AND RETIRE, BUT RAISING CHILDREN IN THE PHOENIX AREA IS NOT THE BEST. THE SCHOOLS ARE AWFUL.
