While I enjoy the diverse population of Northern Virginia, I am from southwestern Pennsylvania and find the people in Northern Virginia not nearly as friendly.

I have in the city for over 15 years and can agree the standard of living and qulaity of life has reduced drastically. However the cost of living has gone through the roof.

If you want to live a lower middle class life. Expect to pay $2700 in rent. Rest of the stuff is any body's guess
