Safe area with a nice Beach

Have lived on and off for over 30 years. The weather is good most of the year. If you have a condo oceanfront then the beach becomes a big part of your life. Mainly I am posting this review to correct an error from BestPlaces. Listed under 'Cons' is "Violent Crime Rate" - Patrick Shores, which is part of the Satellite Beach area was the safest area in Florida last year (2020). The area is mostly wealthy/educated retirees, with a mix of military from Patrick AFB and NASA contractors. Not exactly a 'violent' group.
