Town government needs a flush

2 Town of Tonawanda Police Officers arrested; dwi and insurance fraud and 2 Town Paramedics arrested for stealing drugs while on duty. The TTPD is in complete dysfunction, the town streets are crumbling, Town Supervisor Joe Emminger just gave himself a $9000 raise. The town boards record speaks for itself.
