Moved down here from the midwest. Crime is very bad in pearl river county. 4 or 5 murders in the county so far this year. Drugs are all over. Decaying houses are all over the county. They seem not to want to spend any money to get them tore down. If i knew what i know now, i would have not moved here. The population has dropped 5 percent since 2010. According to some websites. And it is considered a suburb of new orleans since 2012.
