Eyesore overlooked for more than 10 years.

In the middle of Cobb. Street in Cullen Louisiana there appears to be a landfill in the middle of the neighborhood, i have been a citizen there for over 5 yrs and not one day has there been any attempt to clean the heap of trash up. I was just wondering should this be a concern addressed to the EPA, because the mayor and police officials has to know that this ugly eyesore is in the middle of the city. My concern are they really concerned about the sight of there city or does it really even matter to them.
