Review of Cape May, New Jersey

Beautiful on the beach and the mainland
Star Rating - 9/26/2005
From the beaches of Cape May at the true south of New Jersey, to the vastness of the Wildwood beaches, to the shimmering water and clean sands of Avalon and Stone Harbor, this is some of the prettiest coastline on the east coast.

The not-so-best-kept secret is the beauty of Cape May County's mainland. Scenic golf courses just minutes from the lovely beaches, lush green landscapes, a charming town center, and growing shopping & entertainment opportunities abound.

While the on-island real estate prices are getting steep, the mainland is becoming developed, and the smart homebuyers are realizing their dream of a shore home at a lower cost just minutes from the beaches.

I've lived here for 15 years and have noticed more people moving to the area from the city and suburbs to raise their families or to retire. There is something for everyone here.
