Dont get me wrong, I like Sunbury. However, lately crime seems to be a bit higher, and it is definitely an economically repressed area. A lot of the major factories have gone out of business. There is a bright side though. We have a major school district in the area. They just opened up a new shopping center across the river. The fishing is decent, and hunting isn't bad if you know where to go
