Vestal is the beautiful, elitist older sibling of West Binghamton (not the first ward, the actual west Bing, near Riverside area).
The area is expensive compared to it's surroundings (Binghamton, JC, Endicott, Endwell, etc) but is admittedly very clean, commercial, and relatively quiet.
