Good for what it is, but location is key if no car

Lived here from 2014 to 2018. One transit line connecting south toward Spanaway at terminus near Walmart, runs along commercial main drag Pacific Avenue. It does connect to a few other bus lines that take you toward Tacoma. As long as you're near Pacific Ave it is somewhat walkable. All sorts of old small businesses that stretch up to the Walmart at Spanaway, then it gets rural. All residential left and right of Pacific.. Best to be near 112th for more shopping banking choices. I liked it for what it was, but rent was too high.
