Colby, WI Water Is NOT Of Good Quality!

I have lived in Colby, WI for 3 years, and one of the first things I noticed was the poor quality of their water. It tastes disqusting, it is beyond "hard water" quality, and it causes our skin to become super ashy and dry. It has also damaged our hair tremendously!
I know what you're thinking, "maybe our home just has hard water issues" right?....
WRONG! It appears to have the same effect all through the tiny city of Colby.
