quiet, small town atmospshere located in amish country. low crime, reasonable real estate, good publlic schools, schools, long winters, lack of job opportunities, limited entertainment, not alot of diversity of people. Good place to raise children but for adults whom may not have family ties to area, it can be a bit isolated in regards to adult interests.
