It's a little oasis in South Florida, a small city with it's own police force (not dependent on the BSO) 80% of the homes are on a canal system that leads right out to the Intracoatsal water way where you can take your boat (that you dock in your backyard) to any type of night life from restaurants to plays or nightclubs (Ft Lauderdale is a short boat ride). Also, something that is even better is anyone can be out in the Atlantic Ocean between ten or fifteen minutes. Obviously your thinking it's only for people with money, thats not true. There are many apart t complexes, so if you just want a very safe and affordable apartment in South Florida LHP is for you!
