New in Scraptown

I've lived in Cana, VA for about 6 months now. I moved in with my boyfriend who is renting to own a mobile home on a few acres of land in a part of Cana they call "Scraptown" due to it's history. We live right on the foot of the Mountain where highway 77 is. It's very peaceful up here. The only thing is you have to drive like 20 minutes to get to a grocery store...well to the nearest bigger city...and that city is Mount Airy, NC where I lived prior to Scraptown. So overall I can't really complain :)
