I live just outside of philadelphia one of my biggest problems is the cost of housing and the taxes if you want a single home it will start at $200,000 if your lucky and thats pretty rare and not the best neighborhood but not that bad either,but you will have no property with your home and taxes are outrageous an nicer house will run between $350,000-$500,000.103,000 was the average house cost not near me a row home starts at about $150,000.I have lived here my whole life (26yrs) looking to move soon.
