Review of Bel Air North, Maryland

Wow

I was suprised to see that forest hill had at 24% higher cost of living then the country's average... Housing market is def. booming. New houses are always being built and because of the location, the houses are expensive drawing in wealthier pop. Several schools in the area including a new elem. school right in forest hill. Several successful high schools, in terms of academics and sports, are relatively close by. Residents of the area could feasibly attend (maybe not by bus or require boundary exception) Fallston, Bel Air, C. Milton Wright, or John Carroll High schools. Due to the population growing road traffic is increasing and the winding country roads with the forest views are being littered with houses. I cannot even remember what the once rural Grafton Shop Rd. looked like. With easy access to many key places via routes 1,24,23,543 Forest Hill is a pretty central location yet still removed enough to have 'wildlife' and brilliant views of nature. All in all not a bad place to live.
