Overpriced, Overpopulated

If you want to live in an area that is horribly overpriced and so overpopulated that it takes a half hour to drive less than one mile, then this is it. The entire North and Central New Jersey areas are like this. The state's name should be changed from the Garden State to the Paved State. There are very few trees left and maybe a handful of farms.
