Beautiful place to call home

I've lived here and in other states, but have had family here forever. The town is beautiful, primarily on the West & South sides.
Not much going on crime-wise unless you're in a rough part of town.
The college has helped the economy quite a bit, since the economy was hurt by the recession/IBM years ago.
The area is gorgeous. Seasons are gorgeous. Winter can be tough, but worth dealing with.
