Crime rate increasing here, almost every summer we have to repaint our garage because of graffiti and I'm not comfortable letting my daughter play outside unsupervised (she is 9).

I agree. The parks are occupied by strange and creepy guys, and some photographer was sneaking around and taking pictures without permission.
