Don't Expect Much...

I’ve lived here in Paulden for 6 months now I own one of the few site built homes in the area. I am surrounded by mostly run down mobile homes. The only reason I live here is because I am a cheap bastard and got a great deal on my house. I commute 60 minutes round trip to Prescott for work. For fun you can shoot guns, ride quads or listen to white trash mothers yell at their children. I do not recommend this area to live but think this area will progress into a better community with time. I hope this was helpful.

David (or whatever your name is), are you enjoying Paulden more now that your house has appreciated significantly. No, it is not or everyone... But it is (was) still the last best place where you could afford to have a nice house with land in Yavapai County. Yes: even a stick built house. This place is boon-town - like it or not. So if it's a bad rep. - too bad as we really don't want all this growth. Prescott or Chino Valley is way better.... Leave us our H2O thank you. Don'T move here as it's terrible.
