Beautiful town

I've lived here in Mount Airy for 8 years (I am a life long Maryland resident). Mount Airy is a beautiful, prosperous town with a rural community feel, but proximity to Washington, DC and Baltimore. People are friendly. High cost of living and high taxes are our main problems here. Winters can be long. Schools are okay. I expect alot for my tax dollars! Very little crime in this zip code.
