In addition, anything new goes. A monstrosity of a new building was started and 3/4 finished in a "cul de sac" street next to the old Hilton Hotel at A1A and Halandale Beach Blvd.The reinforcing bars are sticking up in the air and all it does is block the view of the intercoastal.If you need some construction materials, stop by - the site is abandoned!!
