Review of Sparks, Nevada

Nice but very high.

My wife and I have lived in Sparks Nevada for a little over three years, while it is a nice place to live, the cost of living is pricing people right out of the city. We are still trying to understand why a house here averages over three hundred thousand dollars, what are people paying for, high desert sand and sage brush, nothing more, makes no sense.
