Don’t move to Waterford Works

Hi... just moved here in January 2021...there is nothing in this area and filthy... moved from marlton... trash on sides of roads and buildings all vacant and old.... can’t entice a few shops and take down some dead trees and strangling vines? I’m embarrassed I live here... drive towards hammonton on 30? and see how opens up and sides of roads don’t look trashy... thinking about selling.
