I live in Conneaut, Ohio. I don't want be the carrier of bad news but if people are reading this information it should be the truth. Conneaut is in bad shape. Conneaut's High School lost another levy and therefore lost the ability to pay for kids to play highschool sports. The sports program was saved only this year by donations by citizens. The way in which Conneaut obtains its money for its school (which is from property tax) has been declared unconstitutional. The town council hires a new general manager every three years. That is about how long it takes for the general manager to determin he has had enough. The town council displays its verbal abuse upon its citizens and each other each week on T.V.
