Beautiful country town, peaceful, previously was a historic affluent town, now it’s a country town that is peaceful and affordable. Not too far to Tulsa for shopping and music and arts. Great place to re-develop a previous awesome town. Still has annual rodeo. Close to okemah,home of woody fest (woody Guthrie) great place to live to escape the rat race and stay away from covid pandemic. Good place to grow your organic vegetables. Previous town of people of color. Need to revive that.
