The best of everything here, not for big city peep

I have lived in Sierra Vista for 2 winters now and absolutely love it here. Compared to other states I have lived to get out of California, this place is a hidden Jem. Moved from Central Oregon, the Bend area, it was just too cold 8 months out of the year and found after 5 years of that, i was isolated. The home prices are great here and summers are not too hot other than a few days here and there. Love the monsoon weather during the summers. Winters are nice most days and nights, there are some freezing nights, but compared to where I moved from, what a wonderful change. No matter what season it is I find myself outside. People are friendly here and its just the right size city, not too big and not small at all. I can really relax here and am enjoying my life here. I finally found home here....
