A fine place to live with beaches, a reviving downtown, culture, music, a relaxed lifestyle, diversity, and an easy 90 minute train ride to New York City. Weather is very mild for the Northeast, although winters can be wet and cold.

Fine place to Live? let's talk about the crime rate, the failed "NEW" developments condo with high hopes built very few sold and most were at a under $300,00 dollar price. If that doesn't say something about the place what do you need to happen? Look around you, it's not the most inviting place due to it's surroundings. Neptune, west side Asbury... a lot more needs to happen. Let see it for what it is, dreams are great but we live in reality.
