Ive lived in Swedesboro for over 25 years......This place really SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!!! We have the highest property taxes on the planet! and going up.
Don't even consider buying a house or rasing a family in this God forsaken area......you will forever be an indentured servent to the Swedesboro Woolwich Township school board! I live in a 40 plus year old home that is assessed at $164,000 and pay $10,520 in real estate taxes......that's right, you read it right. That's a one thousand dollar a month tax mortgage!!!!!!
I don't own my house, the school board does. This is a total disgrace!
