Sometimes beautiful with expansive views of the prairie, great people, and charming old-tyme history. Sometimes colder than heck with a wind that never stops. Living in Kansas has given us the chance to experience all kinds of living across the spectrum. Small town feel in Ogden, J.C. and Fort Riley; college town in Manhattan; and the big city in K.C. Lots of things to do...if you're willing to drive...forever. Terrific opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts; fishing. hunting, hiking. Great micro-brew community from Manhattan-Topeka-Lawrence-KC. Get a designated driver and make the tour:)
