I bought a home in Vader 2013 and watching new homes being built. I love the small town ambience the residents here are super friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful with no traffic! You will love the country feel as you watch deer walking through your yard because it's their daily routine. Our cafe Little Crane is one of the best places to eat and bring your city folks too, the food is delicious! Vader is a great place to raise kids. Our school district is Castle Rock but you can enroll in Toledo or Winlock.. My kids ride their bikes through the neighborhood and to the little market store down the street, and a Dollar General opened up a couple months ago and carries almost everything you need so driving out of town is not necessary. You'll love it here so pack your bags and find a forever home here in Vader.
